Brandon Burroughs
Brandon is a four year resident of Titusville. He was born in Birmingham, AL, and is currently a systems engineer for the aerospace industry supporting NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) Rocket Program. Brandon participates in Boeing-sponsored development opportunities. Since 2018, Brandon has served as the President of the Florida Space Coast Operations chapter of Boeing Black Employee Association (BBEA).
He has also served as Operations Co-Chair of Boeing KSC REACH and currently serves as the networking co-chair for the organization. In 2018, Brandon was 1 of 16 Boeing employees selected by the Boeing Thurgood Marshall College Fund Scholars Program to serve as an inaugural mentor for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Brandon has received two Space Flight Awareness (SFA) Awards, one of the highest honors awarded by NASA Headquarters’ Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate.
He was awarded his first SFA award for serving as a task team lead during the final integration of the SLS Engine Section and his second for being a coordinator in the inaugural Boeing lead Space Coast Games; an event that brought together over 600 Kennedy Space Center employees from 11 aerospace companies.
Brandon received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering at Tuskegee University. He is currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology pursuing a M.S. in Commercial Enterprises in Space.


Rhoda Fisher
Rhoda is a 47-year resident of Brevard County, Florida, and has lived with her family in Titusville since 1989. She graduated in 1979 from Melbourne Central Catholic High School and attended the University of South Florida and Rollins College.
Rhoda began her professional career with Barnett Bank in 1982 and was with the bank for 10 years until the arrival of her second child. Rhoda’s community service includes former treasurer for the Space Coast tennis league, volunteering at Apollo Elementary School and with the YMCA of Central Florida, where she was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” for her hard work and fundraising. In 2007 she was presented with the John W. Sterci Award, which is the YMCA's Highest Honor.
Jeremy Gonzalez
Jeremy M. Gonzalez has served the city of Titusville as a police officer for 14 years, and more currently, is assigned as a patrol sergeant where his main responsibilities encompass supervising a squad of 10 officers.
He has served on the “GAMEOVER Task Force,” a gang and violent crime unit and the criminal investigation’s division at the Titusville Police Department. He was recently the supervisor of the Titusville Police Department’s Special Investigation’s Division in charge of investigating drugs and vice crimes.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Barry University and a Master’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Public Administration.
He is originally from Adrian, Michigan, and moved to the Titusville area in 2005. His employment as a police officer has offered him a unique perspective into the needs of our community by allowing him to interact with others in times of distress, need, grieving, pain, and hurt. These experiences offer him a unique perspective on people and the community.


Kathy Lowe
Kathy has been a Titusville resident for 40 years. She is currently an active member of the Riverview Pilot Club (RPC) and the YMCA Tennis Committee, serving as treasurer. She was recently involved in redoing the Kid’s Interview Room at Titusville Police Headquarters, for RPC which also provided the funding. She has B.A. in Social Sciences and History from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Learning Disabilities from Georgia State University.
Kathy retired from the Brevard County School System in 2014 where she served as the Adults with Disabilities Learning Specialist. In this role, she provided opportunities in the community for individuals with disabilities to pursue employment and to develop self-determination skills and personal responsibility. The program brought agencies working with individuals with disabilities together to educate parents, staff, and the public about the positive attributes of individuals with disabilities and services available.
She created the Learning Disabilities position at Brevard Community College (Eastern Florida State). She served as the Adult Education Outreach Coordinator for Adult Education Brevard Community College for 10 years. She helped oversee programs that involved working with underserved and undereducated adults in improving their literacy skills and lives. Demonstrated value of this program included hearing individuals in the program write and read letters to their families and friends for the first time and observing these individuals aspiring to work on a high school diploma.
Kathy co-established the Interagency Council of Brevard County for Individuals with Disabilities through Project Connect at the University of Florida. She created “LEAP,” a training program for individuals with disabilities.
The LEAP Program, ESE Department, and the Titusville High School BLAST program established the first school-based enterprise in North Brevard for individuals with disabilities at the Titusville County Government Complex. This was in conjunction with Titusville High ESE staff and Robin Fisher’s County Commissioner’s Office.
Chris McAlpine
Chris has been a resident of Titusville, FL since 2001, and serves as the Sr. Vice President for Administration and Transformation at Parrish Medical Center. He oversees a variety of areas including; Parrish Health Network, physician support services, insurance and risk management issues, strategic relationships and development, and community/government liaison work.
He also serves on a variety of boards and committees including the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, United Way, Hospice of St. Francis, and the Brevard Public Schools Insurance Advisory Committee.


Lily Renzetti
Lily Renzetti is a Venezuelan native who has called Titusville home since 1996, when she moved from Pennsylvania with her husband and son. She is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Pennsylvania with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Industrial Relations. She is an active member of The Pilot Club of Titusville and a recipient of the 2013 Space Coast Humanitarian Award for her work with Casting for Recovery.
Lily has been involved with our community all of her adult life; from feeding the needy, to working with Alzheimer’s patients through The Pilot Club of Titusville, to sharing her passion of fly fishing, with breast cancer survivors and veterans to improve their quality of life. Since 2008 her family has been involved with Project Healing Waters, an organization that works with veterans, and in 2010, she opened the first Casting for Recovery Retreat in Titusville. Both organizations use fly fishing as a therapy to improve the life of the participants.
Christina Viera
Cristina Viera is a Regional Vice President & Wellness Advocate with Arbonne International. She has spent most of her life living and working in Titusville and serves in several ministry roles at Path Apostolic Church. She occasionally teaches at Park Avenue Christian Academy and also works part-time as a Community Coordinator for DLP Realty in a local rehabilitation project to restore a waterfront property off US1. Her passions are health and wellness, and creating a sense of community for local youth and families.
